Tollring Empowers Mitel Customers with New Call Recording Insights

Uxbridge, UK – 5 January 2023: Tollring launches new cloud call recording and evaluation in iCall Suite Business Analytics for Mitel MiVoice Business, to improve customer experience and support compliance.

Uniquely integrating call analytics with call recording, iCall Suite Business Analytics takes customer experience to a new level. This powerful combination offers predictive intelligence based on trends when calls are evaluated in line with customer interaction reporting and call journey experience dashboards. New functionality makes it even easier to collaborate and make informed business decisions based on customer experience, such as call recording clipping, sharing a call / a section of a call, and tagging an individual.

iCall Suite enables compliance managers to specify call recording policy and makes it easy to adhere to regulations such as GDPR, PCI DSS and MiFID II. Calls that must be recorded can be added to a whitelist and for GDPR purposes, customer preferences and data protection regulations can be supported by excluding callers from the recording policy. If taking card payments over the phone, users can deploy PCI DSS auto pause/resume to ensure sensitive card data isn’t stored. All calls are encrypted at source and retained according to company policy, with flexible storage options allowing recordings to be kept for as long as needed, for adherence to MiFID II.

Tony Martino, CEO of Tollring says, “Our cloud call recording is world-class. We already record over 13 million calls per month, equating to over 440,000 hours per month and are excited to extend our latest call recording solution to the Mitel MiVoice Business community. The iCall Suite solution is light-touch, easy to set up and delivered on a simple per user per month model. It is now accessible to every partner that currently sells our iCall Suite Business Analytics and we are excited to bring on new partners that need reliable and feature-rich cloud call recording.”

As organisations strive to support new flexible working arrangements, they need to place greater focus on maintaining customer service. Call recordings are invaluable for dispute resolution, to quickly get new starters up to speed and to manage performance improvements, all of which impact customer experience.

Tollring invites Mitel partners to join our webinar to discover our call recording and learn more about the power of integrated call analytics with call recording, live on 26th January 2023. To find out more information, or to register, please visit:
