Tollring Enters into Definitive Agreements to Acquire Code Software

London, UK –16 June 2026 – Micro Plus Software Ltd (trading as Tollring) announced today that it has entered into definitive agreements to acquire Code Software, Microsoft Teams analytics provider, subject to customary closing conditions.

The proposed transaction will bring together two major forces in the communications analytics space, further expanding Tollring’s global presence and market share across the UK, US, EU and ANZ regions and affirming Tollring’s continued strategic focus on AI-driven analytics and recording capabilities.

As part of the transaction, Mark Armstrong, CEO of Code Software, will join Tollring as Chief Sales Officer, to help ensure a smooth transition and lead business development at Tollring. Code Software employees will join the Tollring team when these two cultures combine on completion. More than 28,000+ Code Software and Tollring customers worldwide will benefit from a strengthened value proposition and extended portfolio.

The transaction marks Amity Group’s (Amity AI Holdings) fifth acquisition as part of its Build-Buy-Bridge strategy, combining in-house AI innovation, targeted acquisitions of strategic software assets, and cross-portfolio integration to accelerate the commercialisation of enterprise AI solutions worldwide.
