Tony Martino joined technical services at Tollring in 1994 to build client/partner relationships and develop business management solutions. In 2002, Tony headed a Management Buyout to become MD. Tony’s experience and technical understanding of telecoms have provided the springboard to Tollring's success.
Hilary Oliver joined in 2012 and is our Chief Marketing & Experience Officer with overall responsibility for corporate, internal and channel marketing strategy as well as product branding and positioning.
Richard joined the board in 2023 to lead Tollring’s commercial propositions and strategies. He is responsible for overall revenues across all lines of business and routes to market, and owns the product management function.
Shiv joined in August 2002 and is responsible for TMS/CMS and Voice recording software development and product strategy. As CTO, Shiv leads our expanding global communications management product development team.

Davinder joined Tollring as a Finance (Non-Executive) Director in June 2019 providing Financial, strategic and commercial guidance to the Management Team.
