Tollring strengthens commitment to excellence with renewed ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications
Tollring is proud to announce that we have renewed our ISO 27001:2022 (Information Security Management) and ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) certifications, verified by UK national accreditation body, UKAS.
Adherence to these globally recognised certifications enables Tollring to deliver our cloud solutions to the highest standards, giving customers and partners full confidence in our products, services, security policies and operational processes.
Over the past year, we have fully integrated our information security management system (ISMS) and quality management system (QMS). This unified approach has further strengthened governance across the whole organisation. It has streamlined internal processes and enhanced our ability to drive best practice across both technology and operations.
Environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategies have become more prevalent in ISO over recent years, so have also been a focus for Tollring over the past year, both internally and externally. Tollring ESG policies further enhance credibility and demonstrate commitment to corporate governance and sustainability. Our latest ESG initiative is a pledge to becoming carbon neutral in 2026, undertaking an audit to calculate total consumption and investing in projects to offset the carbon footprint.
Hilary Oliver, chief customer officer at Tollring, said, “Achieving ISO certifications is a rigorous process, but it has become core to our business operations. ISO gives us a structured framework that helps us identify opportunities, prioritise improvements and strengthen the way we work. It challenges us to keep learning, improving and raising the bar, both individually and as a business.
“I would like to thank the Tollring QMS and ISMS teams for their diligence, dedication and relentless pursuit of quality. As we continue to grow, this discipline ensures we always strive to go deeper in how we work with and support our customers, partners, suppliers and employees. ISO is now embedded in our culture. It is something we live and breathe as an organisation.”
