

Tollring Expands Global Partnership with CallTower to Deliver Compliance Call Recording and AI-Powered Conversation Intelligence
We are pleased to announce that we have expanded our partnership with CallTower, for them to bring next-generation, compliance call recording and AI-enabled conversation intelligence to customers across more than 80 countries.
Our Microsoft-certified compliance call recording solution builds upon the successful rollout of our Analytics 365 Call Analytics last year, to further strengthen CallTower’s Microsoft Teams portfolio. CallTower customers now gain unified access to advanced call and conversation analytics, delivering deeper insight into customer interactions, team performance and compliance.
Tollring’s continued pace of innovation and strong focus on security underpin the expanded offering. This foundation ensures the solution can be deployed confidently across sectors with complex compliance needs, including healthcare, finance, manufacturing, retail, legal services, insurance and government sectors.
