Tollring, is proud to announce that we have achieved Microsoft Compliance Recording (policy-based recording) certification to the latest compliance standards.  

Tollring’s certified compliance recording solution with AI powered conversation analytics, Analytics 365, is one of a select number of applications to meet Microsoft’s updated quality, security and compliance requirements.  

Tollring Analytics 365 recordings are encrypted, time-stamped and protected against unauthorised modification, with full audit trails that log every retrieval or export. These controls help organisations maintain data integrity and respond confidently to regulatory scrutiny. The solution supports GDPR and evidential obligations through participant-level access controls, ensuring individuals can review the portion of a recording in which they took part.  

Compliance recording also includes built-in audit and discovery capabilities, enabling teams to locate and retrieve recordings quickly using metadata, time ranges, participants or policy criteria. This assists compliance officers, legal teams and investigators in meeting internal and external requests with accuracy and consistency.

This compliance recording achievement follows the recent Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program certified software designation for Azure awarded to Analytics 365 Call Analytics and Microsoft marketplace Teams app certification for Analytics 365 Collaboration Analytics. In addition, the full suite of certified Analytics 365 solutions (compliance recording, AI powered conversation analytics, call analytics and collaboration analytics) are Microsoft Azure IP Co-Sell Eligible, enabling organisations to maximise the value of their Microsoft investments and offset Azure Consumption Commitments (MACC).
