iCall Suite Customer Provisioning Form (BroadWorks)

This information will be used to connect to the XSI server.

Please complete all details on the online form.

To complete the form you will need access to the following information:

  • Customer Name
  • Customer e-mail (where login details will be sent when customer is created)
  • Billing ID (supplied by partner to appear on all invoiced charges relating to that customer)
  • Time Zone (to ensure call times recorded are accurate for customers)
  • XSI Connection details for each group on BroadWorks:
    • XSP URL (This url is unique to the service provider and is only required during the time of setting up)
    • Username (Group / Enterprise ADMIN account on BroadWorks)
    • Password (Password for the Group / Enterprise ADMIN account on BroadWorks)
    • Group Type: (Group or Enterprise)
    • BroadWorks Domain (Group / Enterprise ID found on BroadWorks)
    • BroadWorks Group / Enterprise ID
    • Service Provider ID : (only required if the customer is being provisioned as a group)
    • BroadWorks Directory User ID (a valid user in use and not a virtual port – please choose a user ID that will not change)
