Cisco Certifies Latest Version of Tollring’s iCall Suite Call Recording on BroadWorks

Uxbridge, UK – 19th January 2022: Cisco Systems has verified that the iCall Suite Call Recording platform from Tollring, a member of the Cisco Solution Partner Program, has been awarded compatibility status with Cisco BroadWorks.

Tollring is a global provider of cloud call recording and analytics for Cisco BroadWorks. The Call Recording component within iCall Suite enables users to capture, process, and display call recordings for customers to play back and evaluate recordings, adhere to regulatory compliance and review analytics.

Built in the cloud for the cloud, iCall Suite’s Cloud Recording has seen an 89 per cent jump in adoption during 2020 to 2021, with businesses using iCall Suite to record 24 million minutes of calls per month.
