Tollring expands in the Netherlands with appointment of Erica Bleij
10 February 2020 – The Netherlands: Tollring, the software developer behind the market-leading communications analytics, call recording, and anti-fraud product iCall Suite, has appointed Erica Bleij as European Regional Account Manager to oversee customer accounts and enhance its support for the regional partners.
Erica’s appointment is part of Tollring’s ambitious plans for growth across the Netherlands and Europe. The company has laid the foundations for the new year ahead with extensive reinvestments in it’s people, product and processes to drive excellence both internally and for its channel partners.
Erica has over 23 years of experience in business to business sales. At Nimava Group B.V. Telecom and IT distributer in the Netherlands, Erica was a major contributor to the company’s business goals. She was responsible for customer accounts, managed relationships with European Partners and collaborated with customer and partners on regular distributer events.
Erica’s appointment is part of a 20 per cent increase in head count across Tollring over the past 12 months. The company has also increased investment in all its people through internal and externally led training programmes, restructured departments and cross-functional teams to clearly define roles and responsibilities and has made significant investment in business-wide process management tools.

The latest update will enable Tollring to capitalise on recent wins in newer territories across the globe due to its significant investment in product localisation and partner management.
